The Es Vedrà Viewpoint Trail is the most iconic hike in Ibiza, leading to the Torre des Savinar watchtower with its legendary panoramic view of Es Vedrà. The trail winds through pine forest and along cliff edges, culminating at the 18th-century tower perched dramatically above the sea. The view of Es Vedrà from here is one of the most photographed scenes in the Mediterranean.
Guidens Råd
"Arrive for sunset — the view of Es Vedrà silhouetted against the setting sun is extraordinary. Bring a torch for the return in darkness. The trail can be slippery after rain. The final ascent to the tower is steep but short."

Es Amunts is Ibiza's wild, protected northern coastline — a dramatic landscape of cliffs, pine forests, and hidden coves that remains largely untouched. The coastal path traverses this rugged terrain, offering views that reveal a side of Ibiza far removed from the beach clubs and nightlife. The trail passes through some of the most biodiverse areas on the island.
Guidens Råd
"Start early in the morning to avoid the heat. Carry at least 2 litres of water — there are no facilities on the route. The section between Portinatx and Cala d'en Serra is the most dramatic. Spring (March-May) is the best season for wildflowers."

Sa Talaia is the highest point on Ibiza at 475 metres, and the trail to the summit offers 360-degree panoramic views of the entire island, Formentera, and on clear days, the Spanish mainland. The hike passes through pine forest and open hillside, with the final section offering increasingly expansive views. The summit is marked by a telecommunications tower.
Guidens Råd
"The clearest views are in the early morning or late afternoon. On exceptionally clear days, you can see the coast of mainland Spain. The trail starts from the village of San José — park near the church. Combine with lunch in San José village."

The trail to Cala d'en Serra descends through pine forest to one of Ibiza's most secluded and beautiful coves. The abandoned hotel at the cliff edge adds a hauntingly photogenic element to the hike. The beach itself is small, wild, and crystal-clear — a reward that feels earned after the descent.
Guidens Råd
"The abandoned hotel ruin is one of Ibiza's most photographed locations. The beach has a small seasonal chiringuito. The return climb is steeper than it appears — save energy. Best visited on weekdays when the beach is quieter."
