International Concierge

Be the first point of contact for our international clients. Handle inquiries, coordinate bookings, and ensure every guest receives personalized attention.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German (required)
  • Additional languages a plus (Spanish, French, Swedish)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences

Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
  • Coordinate yacht charters, villa bookings, and car rentals
  • Arrange restaurant reservations, transfers, and special requests
  • Build lasting relationships with repeat clients
  • Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless service

Operations Associate

Keep our operations running smoothly. Handle deliveries, pickups, client transfers, and ensure our fleet of cars and yachts are always ready.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license (B category minimum)
  • Experience in logistics or operations
  • Flexible schedule including weekends
  • Good physical condition
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Knowledge of Ibiza roads and locations

Responsibilities

  • Deliver and collect rental cars to/from clients
  • Coordinate airport transfers and client pickups
  • Assist with yacht provisioning and preparations
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition reports
  • Support the team with various operational tasks

Day Skipper

Yachting (Bluebnc)Seasonal / Full-timeIbiza Town

Captain our day charter fleet. Take guests on unforgettable journeys along Ibiza's stunning coastline aboard our premium motor yachts.

Requirements

  • Spanish PPEr (Patrón Profesional de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or superior certification (required)
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a skipper
  • Excellent knowledge of Ibiza's coastline and anchorages
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Basic English communication skills
  • First aid certification

Responsibilities

  • Safely navigate day charter excursions
  • Provide exceptional guest experiences on board
  • Maintain vessel cleanliness and safety standards
  • Coordinate with base for provisioning and scheduling
  • Handle basic vessel maintenance and checks

Customer Support Specialist
